The partnership between Accenture and HR Access allows us to offer our mutual clients a global and comprehensive response by providing a complete solution comprising organization & process and tools, with a particular focus on the new HRa Suite 7 solution.
Accenture offers strategic and management consultancy, technological solutions implementation and outsourcing services. Worldwide, Accenture employs around 7,000 staff specializing in Human Resources management: 3,000 consultants and IT specialists, and around 4,000 HR process specialists in recruitment, training, administrative management and payroll, etc. It operates in all areas of activity based on the following four main service offerings: HR diagnostics (urban planning policy and scheduling), HR outsourcing (Accenture HR Services), HR Service Delivery, and talent management.

The Human Capital Management (HCM) unit, part of IBM Global Business Services, is a worldwide organization dedicated to transforming the HR function and its information system. It employs 3,200 HR consultants. The HCM teams offer a range of services designed to ensure the successful transformation of the company's processes:
• Consultancy services related to the reorganization and transformation of the company's processes
• Services aimed at improving the performance of HR information systems,
• HR Access solution implementation services based on the accelerators capitalized during projects: consultancy, training, project management and change management methodologies, and skills centres
• HR Access production phase management services (application management, facilities management, customer services and skills centres).
The HCM unit in France employs 650 HR consultants, including 450 HR Access specialists.
