The DGA is a key player in the French defense system. Its missions include
inventing tomorrow's defense systems and supervising the armaments programs
decided by France and cooperating with other European states. Now more than
ever, its 18 000 workforce consisting of civil servants, military personnel,

In Switzerland, the State of Fribourg, along with HR Access, is undertaking project after project to modernize the management of its 15,000 agents
Context : Needing to revise its personnel management solution, the State of Fribourg, Switzerland, has chosen HR Access for its capacity to manage, with its standard product, a large number of Swiss specificities, as well as for its flexibility in adapting to other particularities associated with the autonomy of this canton, not to mention the strategic perspectives that it offers.
The State of Fribourg, as a territorial subdivision equivalent to a French department with in almost all areas - education, health, territory management, justice in part, etc. - the autonomy of a small country. ..handles personnel management and payroll for some 15,000 people who work in the public sector for the canton. We are subject to legal particularities imposed by the Swiss state, such as our adjustment logic or the complex calculation for the canton's own supplementary old age pension plan."
The project was initiated in 2005, after the choice of HR Access was approved by the Council of State, and the new solution operational since January 2007 on the following perimeter, identical to the existing perimeter: payroll, budget management and account control, management of training, and finally, in its infancy, management of skills and recruitment

HR Access, a leader in the area of HR management software applications and related outsourcing services, has deployed a new Human Resources Information System (HRIS) for the Louvre Museum. The first phase of this ambitious project, successfully completed over a period of seven months, is a testimony regarding the expertise of HR Access’ teams in effective project integration for the public sector.
The introduction of an HRIS within the public organization of the Louvre Museum with the primary objective of integrating the HRa Suite Public Sector solution for the payroll of the Museum's 2.300 agents while also training the 40 future HRIS users.
Integration of numerous job functions...... and a successful launch...... thanks to a proven expertise in the public sector.
